Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by Bamba Tours constitutes a contractual arrangement between the traveler (“you”) and Bamba Tours, representing your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. As the lead traveler, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for yourself and all members of your traveling party.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change before booking. You are advised to check our website or request the latest version from us before booking.
1.3 You are responsible for verifying that all details in your booking are accurate, including travel dates and options selected. Bamba Tours cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or service issues arising from incorrect booking details.
2. Visas and Passports
2.1 It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements necessary for your vacation. You must obtain and pay for all visas and entry documents, and meet all health and other requirements. Bamba Tours cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry into Georgia due to incorrect documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Bamba Tours’ website features a booking system that calculates prices based on mileage, time, and other factors.
3.2 Occasionally, the calculated transfer price on our website may differ from the company price; our agent will contact you to confirm the correct price if necessary.
3.3 The offered price is guaranteed for bookings confirmed from Bamba Tours at least one month in advance. Price changes may occur due to currency fluctuations or fuel price changes.
3.4 The customer shall pay all costs, fees, and taxes as invoiced by Bamba Tours in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the invoice.
3.5 Once Bamba Tours receives your full deposit, the price is guaranteed against any base land price increases, excluding energy cost or government tax increases.
3.6 Prices for transfers and tours are initially agreed upon in writing. Changes may occur if options are added or services extended, and these will be negotiated with the customer.
3.7 Online bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before pickup. For earlier bookings, contact our agents by phone (+995 598 112012) to confirm.
3.8 Bookings can be made online up to 12 hours before pickup. A confirmation email will be sent; please check it for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are discrepancies.
3.9 Travel times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic. Bamba Tours is not responsible for late arrivals caused by traffic or other unforeseen conditions.
3.10 The maximum waiting time at a destination for meeting our driver is one hour. Additional fees may apply beyond this time.
3.11 If you cannot locate the driver, call us at +995 598 112012. Failure to contact us will result in your order being treated as a "No Show," with no refunds applicable.
3.12 Bamba Tours offers various vehicle options, including sedans, minivans, and buses, with specific luggage limitations. For excess luggage, please negotiate with our agents.
3.13 Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items. Bamba Tours is not liable for any lost items.
3.14 Passengers are liable for any damage to vehicles. Bamba Tours reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $50 for damage.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing to a Bamba Tours agent. Cancellation fees will be based on the date notice is received and expressed as a percentage of the total price paid.
4.2 Customers are responsible for notifying Bamba Tours of any service cancellations. Without notice, cancellation fees will apply.
4.3 Bamba Tours does not refund 10-20% prepayment costs for bookings; these prepayments are non-refundable.
4.4 A cancellation fee policy applies, and specific fees will be outlined upon request.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
5.1 Bamba Tours assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or entry of any nature, in whole or in part, resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots, civil commotions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings, government seizures, refusal, cancellation, suspension, or delay by any government authority of any license, permit, or authorization, damages to its facilities or those of the travel supplier, or any other unforeseen circumstances or factors not anticipated by Bamba Tours that negatively impact or hamper its ability to fulfill any of its contractual obligations. If any of these conditions apply, Bamba Tours shall be excused, discharged, and released from performance to the extent such performance is limited or prevented, without liability of any kind.
